We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

DZ Custom Innovations, LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. DZ Custom Innovations, LLC reserves the right to reject any order you place, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If DZ Custom Innovations, LLC rejects your order; we will generally attempt to notify you using your email address you gave when you placed the order.

SECTION 6 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We also reserve the right to change our prices and shipping policies, so long as those changes to not impact orders that have already been placed.

SECTION 7 - NEW PRODUCT SUGGESTIONS

We are always pleased to receive input from our customers and welcome your comments and feedback. Unfortunately, it is DZ Custom Innovations, LLC policy not to accept or consider new products, engineering drawings, advertisements, creative ideas, suggestions or materials other than ideas that we have, in writing, specifically requested.

The disclosure, submission or offer of any Suggestions or other similar information by you will constitute an assignment to DZ Custom Innovations, LLC of all worldwide rights, titles and interests and goodwill in the suggestions without payment of any compensation. Suggestions submitted by you must not violate any right of any third party, and must not contain any libelous, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DZ Custom Innovations, LLC. its distributors, and dealers (hereafter Seller) shall be in no way responsible for the product’s proper installation, and use. . THE BUYER HERBY WAIVES ALL LIABILITY CLAIMS.

The Seller expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this agreement and the Buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller and to hold the seller harmless from any claim related to the item of the equipment purchased. Under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any such equipment.

The Seller assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its products. It is the installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation and if in doubt contact the manufacturer.

Operate your vehicle at all times in a safe manner. Regardless of any capability, feature or function of the Seller’s Products, the Buyer understands and acknowledges that it is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the motor vehicle is operated in a safe and legal manner, and the motor vehicle is not driven faster than the lower of the speed limit or the speed rating of the tires on the vehicle in which the Seller’s product is installed. In no case will the Seller be held liable, and the Buyer assumes all risk and responsibility, for any property damage, personal injury and/or death that may occur in the event the Buyer operates the vehicle in an unsafe manner, violates the law or exceeds the above mentioned limits.

The Seller makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the use of its products will comply with local, state, or Federal emission levels, noise levels or safety standards. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for such use and compliance.

The Seller recommends that the Buyer temporarily disconnect the OBD-II connector of this product from his/her vehicle when having the vehicle serviced by a dealership or other service facility. Failure to do so may inhibit service personnel from accessing the OBD-II connector for vehicle diagnostic procedures. The Seller also recommends that the Buyer temporarily disconnect the negative battery terminal during installation. The Seller assumes no liability for failure to perform these steps.

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

DZ Custom Innovations, LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under its intended normal use*, when properly installed and purchased directly from DZ Custom Innovations, LLC, for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. This warranty is void for any products purchased through auction websites. If found to be defective as mentioned above; the unit will be repaired or replaced at the option of DZ Custom Innovations, LLC. Any item that is covered under this warranty will be returned free of charge using Ground shipping methods.

This shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of DZ Custom Innovations, LLC. To the extent permitted by law, the foregoing is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties or representation whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall DZ Custom Innovations, LLC or its suppliers be liable for special or consequential damages, or for any damages caused by faulty or improper installation.

*Intended normal use means that this item is being used as was originally intended and for the original application as sold by DZ Custom Innovations, LLC. Any modifications to this item, or if it is used on an application other than what DZ Custom Innovations, LLC markets the product, the warranty will be void. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to determine that this item will work for the application they are intending. DZ Custom Innovations, LLC will accept no liability for custom applications.

SECTION 10 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DZ Custom Innovations, LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and changes to our website.
