Refund Policy

Returns:

You have 30 days to return a device to DZ Custom Innovations, LLC after the date of purchase.  All returns must first be approved by DZ Custom Innovations, LLC and must be clearly marked with our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box. Please contact us for correct return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item that is returned is charged a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  An email will be sent confirming the receipt and refund.
